The pub has open fire places and with a top of 10 outside it was a welcome relief. The food was great, I had a beef lasagna, salad and chips for $19.90, it was great. Others had lambs fry and loved it and one had the pumpkin gnocchi and raved about it. Service was good, suggest to book to avoid disappointment as alot of workers on Friday arrived all at once and room was limited. Recommended for good pub meal

We ordered steak, green mouth and mushrooms. Everything was loved! All the clerks were warm and friendly. We didn&#39;t drink, but many locals walked in to order beer and talked to strangers around us, and the atmosphere was particularly good. The restaurant is at the corner of a quiet neighborhood with a railway nearby and the environment is very good. Although slightly far from the CBD, it is worth a visit. If you come to Melbourne to play and just like steak, don&#39;t miss it!

Some friends took us here and we loved it. The wine list was excellent, as was the selection of wines by the glass. It was modern, clean and the staff were terrific. The Goa fish curry, the lamb cutlets, the lamb curry and butter chicken with all the extras were superb.

Walking in a small and fresh style cafe, the space is very large, and it is an Instagram red store. After the hot chocolate melts, marshmallows will slowly emerge. The dishes are exquisite, the colors are bright, the taste is generally mixed, and there is no work. The purple potato salad is very full, but the side dish sausage tastes slightly dry. We visited this pub/restaurant for dinner &amp; were pleasantly surprised by the range of appetisers &amp; main meals available (steak/ seafood/poultry dishes, pasta, paella, pizzas &amp; burgers, etc) on the &agrave; la carte menu... The garlic-cheese bread, duck spring rolls, semolina squid &amp; saganaki were great shared starters... The carnivores in the group selected steaks with a choice of sauce (black Angus with red wine jus/mushroom sauce) &amp; a wagu-burger while the others choose chicken risotto, Greek calamari salad &amp; classic pub grub fish &#39;n&#39; chips.... All meals were served to perfection.... Good wine list... Our overall bill for the evening was quite reasonable... The service was friendly &amp; efficient.. The decor was a little dated but this adds somewhat to the charm of the pub.. Also, as with most pubs the budget-priced special meals are available most nights during the week (Mon -Thu &amp; Sat.)... We would recommend you give the HA a try if you&#39;re in the Port Melbourne area...
